• Affinity, Association, Group, Corporate, Negotiated, Packages and wholesale rates are not applicable.
• Rates that are part of a travel package that includes more than hotel accommodations do not qualify.
• If a lower rate published rate for the Sundance Plaza Hotel is found, we will honor that rate.
• In order to receive the lower rate and/or discount, the guests must have confirmed reservations from the Sundance Plaza Hotel and Suites website with a confirmation number.
• If the reservation is made within 48 hours of arrival, the guarantee will not apply.
• The Best Rate Guarantee does apply to websites that do not reveal the name of the hotel such as Priceline, Orbitz or Hotwire.
• Void where prohibited by law.  Sundance Plaza Hotel reserves the right to modify, alter, suspend or terminate this guarantee at any time without prior notice at its sole discretion.
